History of your puja
Avijan Club organizing Durga Puja since 1980. This is our 36th year. This year we will celebrate Durga puja with an exhibition of art of two different state .West Bengal & Bihar. We are trying to combine these two different art, Madhubani of Bihar & Dokra of Burdwan, WestBengal.

AVIJAN Club, established in 1980, is now 34 years old. It conducts social, cultural, sports, gymnasium, medical activities.
Mission
AVIJAN Club Social Activities
• We organize regular medical check-up camp with kind support of HELPAGE INDIA.
• Our well equipped library for all where people can gather valuable knowledge of our rich tradition and ongoing happenings in the field of Literature, Science & Technology, Sport and others.
• We run a drawing center, the center managed by experienced drawing teachers.
• We have adopted a programme for the promotion of elderly education. The aged uneducated or a little educated persons are being helped through this programme.
• We recollect and observe the red-letter days like the 23rd, the 26th of January and the 15th August, 2nd October and any others with proper respect and manner in every year.
• We have a drama group. Besides staging of dramas, it has become an object of our discussion.
• We help the needy, meritorious students by supplying books money and Psychological support.
• We also help needy, ailing persons who have been attacked with a nature diseases by all means.
• We organized blood donation camps and plantation programme regularly.
• We have played an important role in our locality in order to prevent serious diseases like Malaria and Dengue.
• We used to provide help to the different people victimized by natural calamities
